Our restaurant Casa Iván is an original, modern and comfortable restaurant located in Boadilla del Monte, where you can enjoy a warm and distinguished atmosphere, under the guidance of chef Iván Canalejo. Educated at the school of Salvador Gallego (1994 National Gastronomy Award), and with experience in some of the best restaurants in Madrid, Iván opens his own restaurant, Casa Ivan, in 2012, with the aim of occupying a space between the "nouvelle cuisine" and traditional Spanish cuisine, offering creativity and craftsmanship, at the service of the best raw material.
