My friend picked this restaurant. Good choice! We had tapas consisting of codfish cakes, and 3 other items that were a mystery to us, but excellent! Do not go here if you are in a hurry!
The breakfast was really good, the coffee, the toast with ham and tomato sauce and the orange juice are perfect!!!!
Nice Place to watch people at Plaza Mayor. Reasonable priced drinks and cocktails. Friendly service. But strange, it closes very early while the other terraces are still open. Why? Madrid does not sleep!
The tapas I tasted here were among the best I ever had. I really recommand to try this place if you are into tapas!
For real tapas, go elsewhere. This was mediocre at best. The waiter was pleasant, but was running ragged.
One of 3 Cafe & Tapas we visited and this was the best of them. Had quite nice tapas, grilled cow sirloin with vegetables, salad croquettes with a very good wine. Service was a bit slow but we were left alone that suited us.
