Cheap drinks and amazing food. This small restaurant is a must visit in Madrid. We had the egg Benedict. They have different kinds to chose from, all are amazing. $1 mimosas- and they aren’t weak!
We visited Carmencita for Sunday brunch in Aug 19 and received a warm welcome despite missing our reservation slot by a few minutes. The menu is very varied and the portions are a good size, definitely get what you pay for!
The veggie bene was generous in size, but lacked in quality. A smear of avocado (not slices like the pictures I’ve seen) and a literal mountain of canned mushrooms? Yuck.
Good brunch and very fair prices. Come before 11am for a seat, or make reservation. They have really good mimosas too!
Stumbled upon this place on a Sunday morning and luckily got the last free table as we didn’t have a reservation. Lovely mimosas for €1! Breakfast portions are large and freshly cooked. Great coffee and service too. We will be back
