Fbula is at the end of calle Ros Rosas in Madrid, in the old Santander park, with magnificent views over the new golf course. The restaurant itself is spacious and multifunctional with a large terrace. It is modern, elegant and friendly and offers menus for all occasions, including a children?s menu. There is a set menu on week day lunchtimes which includes dishes such as rice with ?Carabinero? jumbo scarlet prawns and Idiazbal cheese. In the evenings it offers original cuisine accompanied by live jazz from Thursday to Saturday, while at weekends diners can choose from the la carte. Its ?cocktail show? option allows clients to organise their own bespoke events.
