Nice cafe with music – not just by Janis Joplin -:) – and a selection if tasty cakes. The bartender was very friendly although the communication has to be by signs and our broken Spanish. Still recommendable.
Unexpected but nice surprise. Friendly staff. Tapas were original and tasteful. And for dessert yummy pies and meregue, the speciality. Very recommendable. The only downside is that it’s mandatory to get there by foot, as you can’t park in the narrow streets surrounding it.
Cafe Joplin has a very cool atmosphere, classic rock posters on the walls and a low key cafe vibe. The beer selection was small but impressive, and the staff were very helpful in translating the menu for us!
Armenian kitchen is not what you are expecting to meet in the heart of Extremadura. Warm accommodation and very very tasty food. Highly recommended for everyone who visits Merida!
