Manzana Roja was opened in 1999 by the Chen family. The chef and owner Jose Chen offers a variety of Chinese dishes from the East coast of China. Manzana Roja features more than 100 dishes including vegetarian options. The relaxed atmosphere is decorated with bamboo trunks brought from the province of Zhejiang, and beautiful river murals, creating a very pleasant environment. This restaurant is a place where you can discover Chinese food for the first time, or test the new inventions of Chef Chen. Also, a very notable event is Chinese year at the end of January. A tasting menu is created especially for this special holiday week.
