We are a family business that decided to go for a traditional Galician cuisine and rustic meat-based striking red ox, cow, beef and pork to grilled. We rely on experience in restoration since more than ten years. Always feel attraction for the development of this kind of cooking over a wood fire, and driven by this feeling, we decided to launch in 2017 a new proposal differs for people who wants to enjoy traditional grilled meets.
