A Castelara's food is big on flavor. We're talking classic bistro cooking where respect for the ingredients - fresh, seasonal and local - leads the way. Expect tipical Galician dishes: seefood and marine products but also meat and salads. The menu boasts specialties such as clams (almejas), mussels (mejillones), small scallops (zamburias), cuttlefish (chipirones) and octupus (pulpo) among other dishes. No fancy tricks, no artful presentations, just good, honest flavours. Food that satisfies. Eat excellent food with sea views over the Ria de Arosa. Some of our tapas have been awarded different local tapas prizes.
