Since 2013, the management of our establishment has changed and also the kind of establishment. It isn't a brewery any more. Now, it is a Restaurant. Our dishes don't need a long time to be cooked. Fast all of them are grilled. Some people of our staff speak English, French, German, Spanish, Galician, Italian and Portuguiese and our menus are translated in all those languages to make things easier for our customers and waiters. As we aren't a brewery any more, the concept has completely changed and we only serve meals. We don't work with drinks only, like people who managed the establishment before did. That's why the famous PARIS-DAKAR doesn't exist any more and all the tables are prepared for meals...
