Founded in 1888 by a group of locals, was the first settlement with electricity from Pamplona, "opened to the public on the eve of San Fermin by filling to the porches", say the Chronicles of the time followed year after year, and still is the meeting point of all the locals, and all those foreigners who want to see the local who became world famous writer Ernest Hemingway.
