Our La Tagliatella Italian restaurant in Pamplona enjoys an unbeatable location right in the Plaza del Castillo. In 2001, when they were excavating in the center of the square to make an underground car park (avoiding the bandstand that is still there today), they came across numerous archaeological remains such as an ancient necropolis, Roman baths and Muslim burial grounds.
