In the Cartagena restaurant El Barrio de San Roque we dedicate ourselves to the elaboration of dishes based on traditional Murcian and national cuisine, adding innovative touches of international gastronomy. All this with a raw material selected first hand by Jose Antonio Nieto, alma mater of our house, with products of proximity and km 0, cooked between the stoves by the hands of Ruben Garcia Cortes.
