KAKURE Gourmet was born from chance or destiny, this past Christmas I called my friend Maria from Fundacion Cepaim, asking for a waiter, she presented with Carlos, a Venezuelan refugee, she gave me a very good impression for everything she told me about her culinary knowledge, I decided to give it a try and I wasn't wrong. The reception of our clients in Carrots was excellent, ceviches, sushi and the great variety of dishes, made me think of setting up a small restaurant in partnership with Carlos in the center and here we are, in Salitre Street, Cartagena. KAKURE Gourmet is a CB, with two community members, Carlos Silva and Alfonso Ros and has two other workers Alexander Cortes, Colombian, refugee with his family in Cartagena with the help of the NGO ACCEM and Vanessa from Caracas, Venezuela, refugee with his family and helped by the Cepaim foundation.
