In 1999 we opened our first restaurant in Cartagena, Azafrn, characterized by its creative cuisine in a project that lasted until 2010. Again and with renewed energy, in 2018 we opened our restaurant with another name, Universal, and with another gastronomic offer, where, Starting from the rich Mediterranean tradition we make winks to other gastronomies of the world.
