Really good quality food with a wide choice on the menu. Never been disappointed by any of the meals we’ve eaten here and I’ve eaten here loads of times over my many years of visiting La Manga. Very friendly and efficient staff.
Arrived late in the afternoon welcomed as always. Superb service, superb food, great setting. If you visit La Manga and miss out on Bar El Sol you will regret it. Spanish or English or other nationality you are always welcome 5* superb restaurant.

Called in here on as we were passing and they squeezed us in, I think the amount of reservations on the tables speak for themselves. However, the staff, food and drinks were great and we had a really enjoyable meal. Recommend the calamari!
