About
The history of the Soldier... The Soldier of Tudelilla fits into the lineage of certain Logrono bars that are more than that. Citizen icon, was born in its original headquarters of San Agustin Street back in 1947, although in its initial stretch: more or less, where then would be located the restaurant La Union, next to the disappeared liquor store Ursicino Espinosa. A few years later, he emigrated to Laurel Street, where he achieved his current fame: a bodeguilla of run-of-the-mill benches and marble tables, where the parish that brought home the lunch box was accommodated and only required that wine be dispatched. Three decades later, he moved back to San Agustin, to the location where Manono, who defended with his wife Jacinta that bar all this time, retired a couple of months ago. Now it's up to Azucena, veteran despite her youth from a few nearby bars like the Pali and enlisted in El Soldado since 2006, to pilot her umpteenth reincarnation.
