El Mesn de Benidorm is a product kitchen. For us it is the most important thing. To treat well the raw material that we select always of first quality, enhancing it. Opened since 1 May 1980, it has ended up becoming an ode to product cooking, a passionate gastronomic live fire in a traditional popular inn.
