Our cuisine is haute gastronomy in Alicante. Its two main supports are the authentic Alicante's cuisine, the ones that we have learnt from our grandmothers and mothers and the products offered by these lands. Our cook, Jos Antonio Snchez, has revised and updated this cuisine, proposing a unique, authentic and personal. Our saloon and wine director , Toms Moreno, had been certified Alicante's Best Sommelier in 2007. Fran segura, Spain Best Chocolate Master in 2013, is our sweet director.
