Nou Savoy restaurant is located on the "Explanada de Alicante", one of the most touristic places in the city. This restaurant with more than 20 years of life keeps renewing itself and betting on home-made meals of different kinds: "alicantina", Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, American food... but always with an exquisite selection of dishes from each of these cuisines. PAELLA is undoubtedly the star dish although there are many more delights in the new menu. Nou Savoy becomes an obligatory visit for many tourists although there are also many people from Alicante who go there to enjoy their food.
