Cousine: We offer a Mediterranean cuisine with the best Quality of products from this area. Pizzagourmet: All our Pizzas are made only with sourdough, the dough has minimum 5 days rest-time. All are served only with fresh neapolitan cow Mozzarella or buffalo Mozzarella, and the ingredients are a selection of special traditional Italian products, we use 3 different flours and one of it it's almost integral. Wines: We offer 20 different Italian wines from medium to high Quality. The Service: it's direct from the owner Claudia. The Kitchen: It's direct from the owner Fabio. We offer 18 places inside and 18 outside.
