This lovely little restaurant is just of the main Paseo in the centre of town. Great for Friday night tapas and lovely hearty casseroles in winter. Tarta de Santiago to finish is a home baked almond cake.
Restaurante has been by same owners for many years. We really enjoyed their breakfast bocadillo of lomo (pork slices) and fried egg. Yummy, and make really lovely coffee.
Good service and good food, often go there with friends and family. Downside is that there is no getting away from the TV which is on 2 walls of the restaurant. Not everyone likes football.
If you want to experience and enjoy the Spanish way of life the menu del dia at La Cassola is excellent value for money the food is great and you become immersed in life the way the Spanish live it
