It has opened a new store in Valencia: Resto-Bar Bobal , a local with Mediterranean soul, where not only cooking, but also cooked with Love and Passion. In Resto-bar Bobal , seeking a cuisine based on memory, history here in our Mediterranean pantry, looking for seasonal product that we know; orange, Valencian tomatoes, beans, Lima beans, etc ... Because it is what is dominating, what they feel, what they remember, what excites them, makes them travel through time. A mature kitchen, with hints and winks to the Asturian cuisine, also lived. As the local name indicates, Bobal is indigenous, but also be given elsewhere in Spain, is a grape that identifies more with the Mediterranean flavor, original and overall value than ever, adapted to the present, and always reinventing. Went for the €35 tasting menu consisting of 6 courses – a great experience.The food was beautiful and the service top notch. The Pork dish was excellent complemented by the strong sauce. A great meal.
Quite simply wonderful – the most amazing meal I have eaten. The pork was so tender – truly wonderful. This beats some of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in London. Amazing
