In 1979, Daniel opened the Horchateria in what later would become number 41 of Horchata Avenue, where they were already starting to receive visits from the most distinguished personalities of the age, such as Rafael Alberti, Salvador Dali, soccer players, bullfighters, artists, and prominent figures of all nationalities, fields, and walks of life.
