FIREWOOD-GRILL, FLAVOR AND TRADITION Tavella could be defined as a boutique restaurant. Located in the family house of Pablo Chirivella. An old Valencian farmhouse dating from the end of the nineteenth century and which was originally a farmhouse. The philosophy of Pablo Chirivella focuses on the "search for his origin". Deeply rooted in their land, the traditional Valencian cookbook is the basis of their cuisine that is expanded with products, memories and experiences of their trip, a journey of inspiration over the years. Tavella is the matured project of Pablo Chirivella, in which he invites to diner to immerse , with the five senses, in each of his memories. The maximum respect towards the environment, the local quality product and the culinary culture are the indispensable bases of a kitchen that is presented as cultural, solid and identity.
