Riviera Crab Cabana one of the top restaurants in Batticaloa, offers a dining room where the local dishes on the menu are freshly prepared every day to order. Guests may relax with a chilled beer by the water. There is also the option of dining on the pretty lagoon front. Our restaurant is very famous for Batticaloa lagoon Crab curry, prawn curry and cashew curry. There are many varieties of food like hoppers, string hoppers, pittu and rotty made out of rice flower and eaten with spicy curries and sambol, which are specialities at Riviera Resort. Milder curries are also available on request, so that the food caters for all tastes. There is a bar at Riviera Resort offering a variety of drinks. There are open cabanas, verandahs, shady enclaves and water front seating area where our guests can kick back and relax with a drink. A variety of Sri Lankan tea is available. Non alcoholic ginger beer is popular in Sri Lanka and there is also a wide choice of freshly prepared fruit juices.
