A beautiful new infinity pool and atmospheric restaurant and bar became the all-day hub of the original hotel. Short, well executed menus offer imaginative fusion, fresh fish and as one would expect, traditional Sri Lankan fare. Everything is freshly prepped and cooked to order so dont be surprised by a modest wait order before you get hungry!! Relaxed/informal ambience and dress code slow, lazy classical mornings with jazzy suppers, and most things musical in between. Reserve a poolside table for a candlelit supper if you can, then afterwards, if theres a movie showing, join us under the stars to make an evening of it.
