Heritage Cafe & Bistro's humble beginnings: a couple of very passionate nomadic travellers & lovers of excellent cuisine, decided to pack up from mainstream city life & embark on a newfound passion in the quest to find the "ultimate paradise." After traveling the world tenfold, discovering new cuisines from distant lands, they compiled a menu offering their favorite dishes from around the world to share with you. Enjoy one of the most revered UNESCO Heritage sites in the world in Galle Fort, Sri Lanka. The Heritage Cafe & Bistro or (HC), serve everything from handmade fresh pasta dishes, to pizza's made from scratch, healthy salads, bagels, panini & sandwiches on freshly baked bread from our bakery. Hearty soups, fresh fish of the day & sumptuous seafood acquired daily from line caught fishing methods. Freshly roasted organic coffee, fine teas & whole lot more.
