The Pasta Factory, an italian restaurant in Galle Fort. Delicious freshly handmade pasta from Grand Mum's receipe in ancient tradition! We serve Lasagne, Ravioli, Tagliatelle, Potatoes gnocchi and fresh fish too! Italian desserts like tiramis, panna cotta, apple tart Italian brownie, crpes, home made ice cream. We serve Gluten free pasta Barilla too. We use Italian products extra olive oil, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes sauce, that we import directly from Italy and local fresh natural ingredients that are carefully selected by the owner, so u can experience the real authentic taste. Italian cuisine is characterized by its simplicity. We cant serve alcohol but please BYO no corkage added!
