Chesa Swiss - Colombo's only speciality Swiss restaurant. Opened in 1991, Chesa Swiss is one of Colombo's oldest heritage restaurants and an iconic venue for fine dining. It is centrally located in an ancestral family bungalow. In addition to serving speciality Swiss dishes such as Rosti, Raclette and Fondue, it is well known for its delicious steaks and other meat dishes such as Sliced Veal in Mushroom Sauce and Rack of Lamb in Herb Crust. Didn’t try the fondue, but indeed the culinary does not correspond to the name Swiss. It’s just plain westernized dining without a single touch of Swiss taste felt. Ambience is great & food is tasty although not of Swiss culinary. Price is ok

A small restaurant tucked in the middle of bustling colombo, amidst a beautiful garden. Serves fusion meals with a European edge and superb desserts. Although not cheap the charges are worthy for the service and food they offer. Great venue for a relaxing meal!

the food was ok but seriously i don’t get the hype. the service was ok. we were the only ones there that night so it was a tad weird.
