man this place is horrible. even a normal road side shop would be better!! i trusted them and asked my uncle to buy the chocolate cake from their hill street branch! it was more than 2000 and we simply had throw it!! it was so bad!! so dry and bitter, it will be a curse if i give it to someone thats why we threw it !! people dont get cheated! if you dont believe me i dare you go ahead to that branch buy that cake and prove me wrong !
Not recommended. No value for money. Even if the food is staled and expired, they keep it in their shelves and try to sell it to someone. I had recent experiences with staled sandwich, rolls and an expired chocolate cake. Divine used to be a prominent brand but now very low quality.
Been here many times. The butter cake is truly divine. I had ordered a cake with a Dora picture and they made it exactly according to the picture that I sent them. The service is quick and efficient too. This place has been around for a while now and is a reliable joint for reasonable, tasty and quick short eats and cakes.
Good short eats and the hot dog is quite yummy. it will cost you 180/- just for the plain sausage, i mean what? and then 200 with the bun but without BBQ sauce and is still edible with normal tomato ketchup, with BBQ sauce though its 250/- i think which is a bit absurd right? 50 extra for BBQ sauce? Do apologize if these prices are a little here and there, but its definitely very close. The sweets are quite good too, they have tiny cups of Blueberry cheesecake for 160/- however the blue berry sauce on top isn’t really very tasty, they have strawberry cheesecake which has a strawberry cheesecake topping for 130/- ( i like this better) they also have biscuit pudding cups and chocolate mousse cups for 110/-. I havent had the mousse, but the biscuit pudding could use a little more soaking and more chocolate. Cakes are yummy though. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend.
I love Divine cake. When I was working in Colombo we used to order cake for the office occasions from Divine., not only the cake all their bakery items are very tasty.
