Today one of my friends from UK decided to have local Sri Lankan lunch close to our office in Colombo 3 at The Red Pineapple. He ordered chicken and rice; the chicken was still completely raw inside! The staff working there didn’t even apologise, neither did they take it off his plate!! They need to be taught with how to provide good customer service.

Nice small place at Galle road and I decided to visit for lunch since I am passing by this every day. Few seats were available inside, but I decided on takeaway with the set menu provided. There were 2 options for rice with each cost 180 and 250 as I remember. I went to the 250 option. Service is quick, but one person is doing whole from providing meal to collecting money. Meal is enough with good portion of chicken. Its a fully satisfied thing with the amount I have paid. Looking forward to try other thing like nasi in near future from them to conclude my view of this place.
