We went to this place craving for some much needed Indian food in Sri Lanka (we are Indians ourselves). The menu is promising, offering a wide variety of choices of food from the Indian subcontinent, and not just India. The drinks menu is a little limited for the non wine or non champagne drinker, but still lots of options for the less elite as well. We ordered Tandoori butter roti, aloo gobhi masala and jeera rice. It was mostly decent (we don’t want to set too high standards for Indian food available in Sri Lanka). However, Jeera rice was pretty puzzling to taste. Excessive use of ghee, and maybe cooking soda too as we instantly felt our stomachs to be full after having just two spoons of it! I could only hope there weren’t any chemicals in it. There’s live music in the space too, which is great but can sometimes be drowned out by the noise from Manchester bar at the backside.

The seating and the lighting everything just soothes u..It gives u that Indian feel and vibes..The live music adds to the feel..The food was good I must say but not very good..Dal makhani could have been much better. Cheesy garlic was really nice and do try kulfi for the desserts..
