Tried out food stuff from the ODEL outlet. And I have to give some props for being Sri Lanka’s only gourmet maker of chocolates. Specially over here where cut price chocolates are out and about for a lot less. It’s pricey as any gourmet creation and does show its quality. Wish some mini chocolates would’ve been bigger. Buck per pound wise this isn’t your best option. But the cakes are amazing! The double chocolate cheesecake and the raspberry cheese cake were the best I’ve tasted. Totally worth it and would stuff you up in no time!
Most Chocolate pieces being 100 bucks seems reasonable if you look at the creativity of the different flavours and different shapes, but that is not true for all the pieces. It is a good place to hang out as it is not so crowded, especially since most people buy and leave.The place has some dark lighting which gives a depressing feeling though.
This Chocolatier is a chocolate lovers heaven. Host of chocolates to choose from. The flavours are so unique and different like the chilli chocolate, passion fruit chocolate, etc. Animal shaped chocolates for kids are available as well. The chocolates are yummy. However they’re a tad bit pricey.
Totally worth spending on the desserts. Everything on their menu is delicious and worth the money spent. Will definitely come again. Cheesecakes and tiramisu was my favorites
