This is a place I’ve been to my entire childhood for a quick snack and drink, hadn’t been there for quite a while so visited the place today. Place hasn’t changed much at all, 2-3 tables for seating with fresh buns available in the morning. I’d recommend this place just for a take away though. Got the cheese chicken pastry and their fish buns to go. The fish buns is one of the best in town since it was hot as well,although the cheese chicken pastry was quite dull; no cheese at all and it looked like some spicy chicken shreads that had been put in. Quality wise I’d not recommend this over the P&S on the next halt, but good enough for those fish bun lovers or a quick snack.

This bakery has been there since I was a little boy. And it has always had good food. I love the fish buns here and its one of the best in Sri Lanka. This place is also famous for their bread. Nice taste in both sandwich and normal bread. Other savoury pastries and short eats are also really good.You can buy cake and few other sweet items also at this outlet.
