Very rude cashier served me at Cafe Kai. His name is Sasanka as I recall. I am a frequent customer of yours because your cakes are simply amazing. I’m very disappointed to have had faced such an experience. I asked series of questions regarding cakes and the more asked, the more annoyed he got. He ended the conversation with an attitude and went on with his work.
Their sandwiches are nice. The desserts are quite creative. However, because it’s Hilton, my expectation in terms of service is a lot higher and they haven’t lived up to it to be honest. Staff is not that friendly. Used to be regular here. But now I would only go if it’s close by.
I personally loved Cafe Kai at Hilton especially after the revamp. It looks meticulous and food is delicious. I had the two sandwiches, lamb pizza, sweet tarts and two drinks. Everything was up to standard and all of it cost close to 4k for two people but we did eat alot so it was totally worth it for quality food. I recommend it and the service was great. The staff was very friendly as well
I haven’t visited the place but the cakes are recommended. Very delicious. High quality. Thank you Cafe Kai. You can say it’s heavenly delicious. Hilton cakes are really recommended.
