Graze Kitchen is basically the old Spices restaurant at Hilton Colombo which recently went through a major rebranding. The extensive buffet spread is definitely a plus point and it has a range of food from Japan, China, Italy, India, Sri Lanka etc. There were quite a few action stations as well which meant you could get your meals piping hot. The desserts weren’t as amazing as the food itself but the service was great and the staff courteous and friendly. The only drawback was, possibly because I went on a weekend, is the crowd and the noise, which didn’t give me the luxury to enjoy my meal in peace but all in all it was a wonderful foodie experience.

They had a variety of food from Chinese, japanese western, Indian and even Italian. They have different station for everything so that’s nice. Only thing I would complain is they didn’t have any good desserts they just had the usual glass desserts that no one takes. Overall great place for a date night or a family outing.
Great place to go with family & friends. Great ambiance and good selection of food, both buffet and a la carte. Most imporantly must point out that the staff are friendly and accommodating.
I’ve been their to dinner buffect.A very nice place. Great ambience.service is good.foods are ok. But nothing impressive when it compared to counterpart.it does not live up to expectations.but I love the place. Recommended.
