Calm atmosphere and friendly service but definitely not the best of varieties and felt the food was way over priced. Taste wise I won’t complain but could improve on the portions and when you usually order butter chicken you expect cubes of chicken instead of tiny chicken pieces. Please improve.
Tasty food (average) but I’ve had better. It’s definitely not the best. Personally, I think they are overpriced. Friendly staff. Welcoming vibe. Not sure if i want to go back and pay lots of money for average food. There are so many better places with tastier food for a cheaper price.
The menu here is bigger than the mahavansa but most of it must be in the imagination of whoever made it since pretty much anything we asked for was not available. We settled for a freshly made watery apple juice and 4 mutton buriyanis and 1 vegetarian. Sadly they didn’t mention one buriyanis is enough for 2 which lead us paying 7000 for 5 people and the leftovers enough to feed another 2. ( mango tree is gracious enough to mention it is enough for 2 as are most places) The buriyanis were good it had good flavour but was a little dry. Overall it had pricing of higher end Indian restaurants but lacked the ambience,service and availability.
Most of what the menu stated is unavailable therefore we were forced to order what was available. The attitude of the waiters can be rated as 2/5 for service. Customer service training is seen to be a desperate requirement for the service staff at the restaurant
