Ready made for live music, FDO’s is an odd little bar and nightclub which has its own set of regulars who swear by the place. Relatively late opening generally ensures they are never my first stop for a night, but this is redeemed by being open until very late/early in the mornings.There is security at the door, and it sometimes seems like the stairwell outside the bar is more crowded than inside.In most respects, FDO’s offers a typical Sri Lankan bar experience at higher than normal (read: nightclub) prices. Beer is expensive here, as well. Good for a late night out, or if a band you know is playing but I haven’t really found a great deal to keep me coming back besides.
