Tried the ala carte menu and the food was delicious. The crayfish bisque was very nice and the portions for the mains were very generous. For dessert I had the white and dark chocolate mousse which was absolutely fantastic – Silky, smooth and rich.
I was staying at Hilton Residences, so got a chance to visit Flow for Breakfast and Dinner. They have a huge Breakfast/Dinner spread comprising of several cuisines i.e Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and Continental. However, they have chosen a few dishes only from each of the said cuisines.They have Live stations for Pasta and another well organised Live Station Specially for Sushi, which is quite interesting. Also, you will find a Live Station serving freshly made Omelettes, during the Breakfast hours. The Buffet spread at Flow has some fancy corners, which one must not miss! I specially liked the Fancy Fruit Shots, interestingly kept next to the Sushi Counter.If you like to experiment, like me, then do try their Potato Soup; which is a perfect appetiser. You can certainly ask the staff at Flow, whom I found to be polite to Help. Some of the dishes I enjoyed and found delicious are – 1. Vegetable Dimsums2. Typical Is Lankan Dishes- Red Rice, Spiced Bitter Gourd, Stir Fried Eggplant etc.3. Roasted Poke Leg with Roasted Veggies4. Caramelised & Spiced Jackfruit5. Signature Sushi Rolls6. Carrot Cake7. Mango Mousse8. Strawberry Chocolate Cheese Cake9. Strawberry Swiss RollComing to their Desserts, they have Huge Dessert Spread. From Strawberry Swiss roll to carrot cake, you’ll definitely find something as per your taste buds. I particularly liked their carrot cake, which was flavourful and dense. Recommended!!

Visited yesterday for the Dinner with few friends to try out the place. Average Dinner buffet with friendly staff.- Best time to go : Dinner- With : Friends and Family- Price : LKR 3,000 per person for the Dinner Buffet. Juices are LKR 300, Cocktails LKR 900-1500, Mocktails LKR 600- Portions/Cuisine : A buffet with Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese, Japanese – less variations though (check attached photos)- Ambiance : Pleasant Environment- General : As you enter the restaurant you are greeted with the a good range of Desserts which includes Ice Cream Kottu as well. Only Vanilla Ice cream is offered though with watalappan and fruits available. On the salads, decent range and few sushi options as well. Two soups are offered but buns are limited. Have few meat variations. Highlight was the Sri Lankan cuisine which included pittu and hoppers. Staff was friendly and very attentive to clean and help u out.Improvements : More variations needed to justify the price tag.
