The food is great. They have a food variety of seafood. The taste was epic. Especially the service was fantastic. Great view by the beach. They have a separate parking area down the road. Only thing is it’s a bit over price there. But I would definitely come here again.
Went there for lunch over weekend. The route which google maps showed us meant crossing a railway line over foot and walk a bit on the beach. The place is right on the beach with great view. Simply done with tables in open and inside the covered area. There is no AC though. They have mammoth portions, there small portion can easily feed two average eaters. We ordered some prawn rolls, a portion of steamed fish, prawns and fried rice and some Lions. The place was easy on pocket. And food tasty. Service can be more fast.
I was here on a Saturday recently, obviously walked in with very high expectations. It took almost 30 minutes for them to take my order and food was served almost 40 minutes later. The gentleman who took the order recommended way too much food for just four kids and two adults. I felt cheated. I ordered for a kilo of fried Garupa and instead I got two small fish with hardly any meat on it. I must admit food was tasty except the fried Garupa which was a disaster.There is a lot they can do to improve the quality and the efficiency of their service. As one may know Colombo is not short of sea food restaurants what sets you apart is the quality of your service. Hope the owners will take note of this.
The worst Chinese/ Oriental food ever. The fried rice we ordered was more of a pulao, the fish was less than average and the fish pieces had bones despite us ordering boneless pieces.The only saving grace for this restaurant is the location which is useless if you are going there for dinner because it is dark and you cannot enjoy the view of the ocean. The staff was misleading in advising us on the portion sizes, we ordered 3 times more than required. Guess they were just trying to increase the amount of the check.
