Called this hotel on 17th of January 2017 at 4.19 pm for an enquiry regarding the Pool and the Restaurant for a reservation (Too Bad, this cheap hotel doesn’t make reservations via phone calls). The price of the Pool usage stated by the hotel was Rs.1000 per adult for ’04’ Hours. Even this is too expensive for this type of a Cheap Two Stars Hotel in Sri Lanka. The normal pool charges in Sri Lanka for a Two Stars hotel  is Rs.500 per adult for 3 hours.  Then I called on 19th of January 2017 to reconfirm the price and suddenly the pool chargers have been changed to Rs.1000 per adult for ’03’ Hours withing just two days.  A woman from the staff answered and said the price was changed a week ago. But I called just two days back. And I was given No Resolution and their Manager was busy with a meeting. Conclusion : Don’t ever go to this maniac hotel if you are a Human because they don’t know how to treat humans. ****Utterly Disappointed.**** Horrible Customer Care and Poor Management.

This is a hell forsaken place if you want to eat. I am right now in this place and have ordered food almost 1.5 hours ago and it is still not served!! Multiple reminders and the staff just does not bother!! I am caught in no man’s land with now being very late to even go out..its raining!! please avoid this place at all costs.
