The standards of the Dehiwela outlet is washing down the drain. Visited the place yesterday and the place did not have their A/C functioning unless asked, the place was filled with flies landing on the plates where customers put their food on and eat. The flies also come and land on the ordered food so basically, you should take a person to chase them away along with you. When we told about this to an employee at Pizza Hut he told there’s a repair going on and the flies coming inside, they cannot do anything about it. Also, the employees keep shouting and talking so loudly constantly right near the tables which is very unattractive. This outlet is highly not recommended mainly because of the environment the working people have created here for the customers!!

Once I visited this place but didn’t have time to dine so I just took away the pizzas. Most of the time I order online from this outlet as their pizzas are good compared to some other outlets. Every time I select different flavours as I like to taste different. Their tastes are good. Prices are ok. They have offers every week. Customer service is good. Delivery service is on time.
Ambience is so good , Pizza was crispy and soft , taste of the pizza was good ,Staff don’t know how to talk their were very rude , staff are very difficult to communicate in english , that is why they don’t know how to speak , it is very must know english in the airport all nationality passengers comes ,So they have to know how to communicate,,,
