The good old Bright House,.. One of my favorite bakeries around Moratuwa area that I paid a definite visit on my way home back in the day. I really loved their Chicken Burgers, Rolls, and specially the Fish buns.Back in the day, the crunchiness at every bite gave enough evidence for the freshness of the bakery items that Bright House Bakery served. Even the prices were really reasonable considering the tastiness of them.It is disappointing and to be honest, really sad to see how the quality of their food has been dropped over the years. The significant freshness that was used to be in those bakery items is long gone now. Even the service is really crummy and the place does not seem clean at all.
A usual everyday bakery the quality of the food has increased over time I can say. The best thing about this place is the Black Forest gateaux. It’s so good with a thick layer of whipped cream not too sweet just perfect. Others are just the short eats nothing fancy. Hate the service.
