Visited the place today to have brunch. Although the customer service was not satisfactory, their food made up for the shortcomings.Customer service was very bad. They did not keep water to drink, I had to go and get them. The staff couldn’t wait till I finished eating to take away the plate of assorted food served for me. They were in a mighty hurry to take them as though they had only 2 or 3 plates with them. In most South Indian Vegetarian restaurants keera vadai is available only in the mornings. Here it was available even at noon. The food however was cold. No attempt was made to keep the food warm. As far as the serving of sambhar is concerned – in other restaurants, the sambhar is served over the food. Here it is poured on to the plate and the bucket is taken away. The taste of the sambar was not special, it was simply a dhall curry with sambhar masala. However, their chutneys were superb. The flavors were spot on. One could eat the food with just the chutneys.Price wise, they were reasonable.
