A huge no to the Egg Kottu, which is nothing but dry but yes to the Chicken Kottu, Beef Kottu as well as Chicken and Cheese Kottu. Even they are not the best kottus’ around, comparing to Pilawoos and Hotel De Plaza, they deserve some credit because of the generous portions they offer for a low cost. And more importantly there are plenty of Chicken/Beef pieces in them as well as the vegetables and spices in the proper taste.I love the Chicken Fried Rice they serve, and honestly I have never had any meal from this place which is not served warm. It is one of the good things about Galaxy Taste Hotel. Same as the Kottu they serve, their Fried Rice portions are also very generous which costs only around Rs.350 for two very hungry bellies. Â The Buriyani at Galaxy Taste Hotel are okay, specially the Chicken Buriyani is much better than the other ones. This is one of the many places that get stuffed by the noon, therefore try to grab your seats before 2.00 p.m before they run out of food you prefer.Service is kinda crummy when the place is crowded, but most of the staff members are friendly with customers, specially the regulars. Obviously this is not the very best place to grab a meal at busy hours, but definitely not the worst because it is a good place for anyone who is seeking for a tummy-full meal for a really low cost.
The 1st place I was recommended to go to try Kotthu here. Its like a local dhaba (Indian word) serving good food at a cheap rate. Not a place you would like to sit and dine given the hygiene. But the food tastes good. Yes, can try a take away but do try the Chicken Cheese Kottu.
Do they really have a standard pricing, they have the best rate of customers through workstations and institutions of education but they should have consistency in pricing as well as taste not a class place but wherever you get good food is a better place.
