This is where i have breakfast and lunch in daily basis because there isn’t any other pure vegetarian restaurants near by to choose from. Â This is their main surviving factor. They are never meant to match the home made food. Some vegetarian restaurants in Colombo 4/6, Dehiwala are noticeably better, The reason for that is they have competitors and consumers with menu familiarity. I’m belong to Tamil community so I’m much familiar with their offerings. I tend to see people who aren’t Tamils or never been introduced to Tamil cuisine enjoy these place, That is another surviving factor for them with non quality foods. Â On the plus side management and staffs are very friendly. Second is the price advantage and unlimited food and curries can be obtained most of the time if you take rice for lunch. But this advantage goes with most of same range vegetarian restaurants.
