As soon as you step into this restaurant it feels like you’ve stepped inside mini INDIA. Great good and great service makes you feel comfortable paying the prices that they demand. The snack platter was excellent and the dum aloo was to die for. Even the paneer was fresh and soft. Sri Lanka is not known for vegetarians but this restaurant surely is a haven for them. Must visit when in the country let alone the city.Jai Hind
Well if you going to an Indian restaurant at the Indian Chain hotel Taj Samudra, so you expect nothing but the best. When we entered we came to know a Rajasthani food festival os going. We ordered for just a Murgh Cashewnut Curry with naan. The taste was good if not the best and went very well with the naan.
Went there after hearing a lot about the restaurant and it was definitely a great evening. Tandoori chicken, butter chicken and tandoori roti, butter were ordered. Everything was awesome except tandoori roti which was not as soft also there was too much of food coloring used for tandoori chicken. Seating area was comfortable and Service was on time. overall great value for money.
