I have been a frequent customer getting the food delivered to our place. However from recent times they take about an hour to deliver the food after the placement of order. The last day was quite disappointing when they brought us a fried rice pack with only five or six shrimps against our order for a prawn fried rice. I think Silver spoon should take it seriously and stick to their quality as before.
Dropped in few days back and ordered a couple of fruit juices , cheese omelettes.. and ice cream with fruit salad. Weird combination? yes i know but we were just in a mood to munch something. The omelet was pretty much over cooked and the moisture was completely disappeared. but i must say that it had a good flavour in it.. fruit juice and the fruit salad was all right. The customer service was good and served with a smile 🙂 Overall the price is too much for the quantity of food they serve.
