A very popular place among the students of Shakti Institute. I know it because even I used to hangout at this place back in the day, and now it has improved a lot. As I believe, Highland serves the best diary products in Sri Lanka, for a very reasonable price. So here, customers can buy those products easily without going for a supermarket. Highland yogurt, and milk are well assured hygienic products with a great taste. And the ice cream is even better cause it gives the pure taste of milk , not the artificial one. A good place to taste some really great diary products, for a reasonable price.
