I would recommend to try the curry pot at this place if you really like to try authentic srilankan food. The taste and flavours will take you to the moon, it’s that good.The staff is very courteous. Full marks to the chef and staff. Again, curry pot is a must try at this place, don’t know what that is? Don’t worry their staff will explain and my picture too.
Not a bad option if you are staying in any of the Pearl properties but otherwise nothing great about it. The Indian curries feel like cooked out of a ready to eat packed food.
I have stayed at this place. With a inclusive breakfast in the stay cost, it is a bit on a higher side.However the spread justifies the rates. They have an array of options in breakfast. Right from cut fruits, juices, egg varieties to Indian options they have it all.The sitting is expansive.With Christmas round the corner the ambience speaks of the festivities to come in.Enjoy!!
The biggest advantage to this place is that it’s open 24 hours and ideally located in Bambalapitiya (colombo 4 ) region. To top that, the food was enjoyable too. The food portions were quite big and satisfying. We stopped by for food at 2:30 a.m and yet found the staff efficient. We ordered Nasi goreng and fish and chips, both weren’t extraordinary but yet they were satisfying.
